Remember when I spent $1030 on food last month? Mr. Husband has a happy appetite and can pack away a lot for being such a small guy.
Here's what he takes to work on an average day:
THE WORKS!
Breakfast
Lunch
Snack
It's so much he needs a heavy duty lunch bag. And apparently it's so heavy that the picture won't stay straight.

Don't think I've commented here before, but I had to this time - my Korean husband buys a box of Choco Pie and those Oh Yes! cakes every.single.time we go to the store - I laughed when I saw your husband has both in his lunch too. Boys!
Wow, that's a lot! How come he eats breakfast at work? Does he leave really early?
Love the Lock n Lock!! I make homemade soups and freeze them for hubby's lunches. So much healthier than the fast food he used to eat.
I wonder if Canadian - and, more specifically, your - grocery spending mirrors the numbers in this article:

I knew Americans eat too much grain and processed foods, but I was surprised to see what a large percentage of their monthly grocery bill goes to these items.
Hey Aimee, your comment made me laugh. Thanks for delurking.
Hey Jolene, he eats breakfast at work b/c he doesn't get up in time to eat it at home. Also he works 10 hours a day M-Th and 8 hours on Fri. & Sat.
I love the lock n lock. My husband doesn't eat left overs if they come from the freezer....to bad b/c that would save us both money and time.
Hi Aaron, I checked out that link and I think we also buy too many processed foods. Also, Sung Hyun drinks about 4 cans of pop a day
Wow. SH sure works a ton! 56 hours a week? Yikes!
