Moving is getting in the way of life.....

Even though we have the key to our new place we haven't actually moved in yet. We will most likely be living back and forth between both places for this month since we don't get our furniture delivered until next month. Also with our crazy work schedules we can't schedule a moving time. So each week we'll take a couple more boxes over to our place until it's complete. Sorry I can't post any pictures sooner!

I was jsut thinking about it....your getting cold feet arent you? Momma bear isn't gunna come over to do your laundry or make brown bag lunches for SH in the morning nor dinner at night....just trying to stretch out the mommy pampering time....but just think...it's gunna be so nice to be able to wander around the house naked! or something ....

Haha Anne Marie! I totally told her the same thing! Minus the naked part but add the "you can now have sex anywhere in the house" part.

I was thinking how convenient that she got sick EXACTLY when it was time to move :) That's her body finding an excuse so she doesn't have to move :)

Why am I here??? said...

haha ladies....don't forget my mom reads this.

And yes anonymous I totally didn't want to move (physically). But I sucked it up and did it with a couple of friends on the weekend while my husband was working. And yes.....I totally don't want to move (emotionally). I really don't want the responsibility of living on my own. If I could live at home forever I would ;)

Jen, didn't you live on your own while you were in Korea? And that was living alone while in a strange country and having to figure things out in a different language/culture. You're already a pro and you don't even know it! I think the only adjustment you'll have is to being responsible/caring for another person - not like "looking after", but just being concerned about S.H. and the daily life things that happen. In Korea, you only had to worry about you, then moving back here, you didn't have to worry because your mom would take care of things if you were too busy. Now you are going to have to learn balance, that's all, and no worries because you always adjust to new environments and take care of what needs to be taken care of. You're one of the most responsible people I know. Just remember that you need to stay sane too, so it's okay to lean on others and relax and enjoy life sometimes! :) Love you friend!
