Sunday weigh-in #25

Back to the beginning I go. Well, almost......

I knew that would happen. I was kind of scared to step on the scale so I'm glad I had an anonymous commenter encourage me to keep going.

I'm just going to try to get through the holiday season and stay around the 155 mark. I'll be happy with that!

Thanks for being brave and stepping on the scale! I'm a different anonymous than the one who encouraged you to do it, but I'm also thankful you did it! I'm also struggling to lose weight (need to get rid of 20 lbs.) so in a way is good to know I'm not alone in this battle.

Don't get discouraged. Stress can affect the way we eat, react to food, sleep (which also affects weight) and other things in our lives. Maybe keep weighing yourself every week just to make sure you don't gain anymore weight? Even if you don't lose anything until after the holidays, at least try to stay where you are.
