Sunday weigh-in #14

Not as good as I had hoped for but not bad either. I'll take a 0.4 gain this week:

This week I've learned not to be so hard on myself. And to just 'keep going' even when the going gets tough.

Yup. Dont be hard on yourself because remember its about a healthy lifestyle, the weightloss is the bonus!

After struggling with my weight my whole life (since 4th grade), I finally decided that I won't worry about it. This year, I decided that I wanted to be healthy (the minute I got diagnosed with hypertension). As Tanya just said, weight loss was just the byproduct of my new healthy lifestyle.
