Thursday June 30 Food Files

Thursday eats included lots of snacking:
Breakfast:
whole wheat toast with natural peanut butter, flax and chia seeds
nectarine
Lunch:
edamame
peppers with cilantro chili
lemon sauce
Greek yogurt with strawberries
Snack:
fruit
Crystal lite with watermelon (patio drinks taste the best especially on a nice day!)

pistachios
more snacks
Dinner: 2 handmade mini fresh rolls (with pork)
+ Pad Thai with shrimp and 1 chicken ball (stolen from Sung Hyun)
