Sunday weigh-in #8

This week was bad. I only exercised once and I was in snack mode all week. I had my hand in the chip bag about every second day! The scale says it all:

But hey, I'm still truckin' along with my sugar-free July. And a maintain is better than a gain. Positives!

In a week where you snack non-stop and don't exercise, you still manage to lose .2. How?

Yah, could be a number of factors. Water weight, having weighed-in in the afternoon after just getting back from camping or maybe the fact that I was still eating healthier than I normally do.

I'm happy to maintain. I'll push myself hard this week so hopefully it will be more than .2 next Sunday.

It's ok to have these weeks, it makes forging ahead that much easier. Maybe the lack of sugar helped you maintain?
