Monday June 27 Food Files

Because some of you were curious as to what I was eating this week here is a peak at EVERYTHING I put in my mouth from Monday June 27th to Saturday July 2nd. The only thing I did take pictures of was my water intake.
Breakfast:
Greek yogurt with flax seed and chia seed
apple with cinnamon

Lunch:
salmon (left overs from Red Lobster) with shrimp and broccoli

Snack:
peppers with hummus
veggies with tzatziki

Diet Coke at McDonalds

Dinner:
beans
veggies with shredded sweet potatoe
