Sunday weigh-in

I think I'm going to do a weekly weight-in and post it on here every Sunday. I like the idea of being accountable to more than just myself. And I'm so proud of myself for posting these pictures. I feel good about it even though I was forewarned by my husband who said "if you show those pictures somebody is going to call you fat".

And I'm okay with that!

Ok, we want to know. What exactly did you do to lose almost a pound in a week. What did you cut from your diet, what changed, are you just eating less, etc.? I have some weight to lose too but I don't have a blog (or want to start one), so I'm not sure how to keep track. It'd be nice to be able to post an anonymous pic every week, but not sure how. Anyway, tell us what you're doing!

Thanks! I used to have a blog (actually, I started several) but eventually realized I just don't like blogging. But looking forward to your updates and to read what you're doing every week!
