Breakfast for lunch!


I woke up at 7:30 on a Sunday morning because I went to bed at 9:00 on Saturday night. This was the first breakfast I had and you've got to TRY IT now!

In the mix:
* egg whites with hot sauce
* beans
* onions, mushrooms, shredded sweet potato and red peppers (yum!)
* ice coffee

Then at noon I decided it was time for round #2. Strawberries, whole wheat french toast and some agave syrup.

Tonight we are going out for supper and I'm not going to order breakfast ;)
