Operation once-a-Day: January 7th
After waking up with a stomach ache from my late night dinner I decided to eat 3 'clean' meals today. But I had to slightly revise my plan when I discovered I'd be eating 2 out 3 meals at a restaurant.
Breakfast was raw oats with natural peanut butter sprinkled with chia and flax seeds. It was a little dry so I splashed in some almond milk also.
So when you go to a fish and chips joint the best thing to do is NOT order fish and chips. For lunch I had pulled chicken in a caesar wrap with a side of salad and beans. I dressed my salad with lemon and a little ranch dressing.
Then for dinner I had pho with pork and shrimp and I added in some extra veggies ;)
I'm pretty proud of myself!
