Operation Once-a-Day: January 2nd

I finally got my hands on GREEK yogurt, which is what ALL the health food bloggers eat! Eating a healthy breakfast was my healthy choice of the day ;)

In the mix: 1/2 c. greek plain yogurt, 1/2 cup raw oatmeal, 1/2 wild frozen blueberries. YUM!

Do you have any recommendations of good health food blogs to read? I'm starting my own healthy eating/exercise journey and would love something good to read to keep me motivated and give me new ideas to cook.
Living in India it is harder to find the food...but I substitute a lot and try my best to cook healthy (like in Korea no ovens so everything is fried). I bought a sandwich maker/grill so I can grill chicken and fish on it. Let's see how that works.
