How tall are you?

Don't get so caught up in what the scale shows. Try to look at body fat percentage instead. I'm also 69kg, but I wear the same size clothes that I have since I was 64kg... and I'm much healthier (bf%) at 69kg than I was at 64kg.

I'm about 5'5''.

Yes we are measuring our success by our change in BMI. Sound be an interesting few months!

You don't have that much weight to lose if you're 5'5". Do you have a goal?

BMI is the relationship between your height and weight, so it says nothing about your body fat. I'd recommend taking measurements, so you can see if you're losing inches. If you are, it means you're dropping fat weight. Measure your arms, thigh, hips and waist.
