Day 2 - June 1

11:30 - watermelon, oatmeal with blueberries, flaxseed and 1 egg white
2:00 - 7 cherries
3:30 - small sweet potatoe
4:30 - apple
6:50 - avocado with cherry tomatoes and some chickpeas
7:45 - beef soup (no rice) + Korean veggies (side dish)
8:30- 1 cup of black coffee!

Hey Jen,
Try to be mindful of the time frames by which you're eating in. It's good to eat smaller portions, eating about 5-6 a day, but you need to be eating them every 2.5 to 3 hours, not every 1.5 hours. Eating every 2.5 to 3 hours will not only let your body digest the food but I'm sure it'll stop you from feeling like you're eating around the clock!!!

Where are you getting the blueberries and chickpeas??? WOuld also like to know if you ever feel hungry or fatigued in between meals?

Hey Joy,
The blueberries are from Emart (small bag for 6000W). The chickpeas are from the foreign food market in Itaewan by What The Book (2200W for one can)

Oh yah Joy, I can't believe how much energy I have actually. It's quite amazing!
