Day 8 - June 7th

11:30 - 1 tbsp peanut butter 1/2 sandwich
12:30 - orange
2:00 - 4 egg white, 1/3 c. blueberryy, 1/3 c. oatmeal pancake - idea from Amy
3:30 - 1 apple
4:30 - spinach, water, banana shake
5:30 - walnuts + dried cranberries + soy milk

45 minutes of yoga

8 - chicken breast + tomato
30 minute rollerblade
10:30 - 1/2 red pepper

Anyone think I'm eating too many nuts? I certainly crave them a lot.

Nuts are great for you, in moderation.
How was the pancake? It looked delicious. How did you make it? I wish I could get blueberries here, but no such luck. I could use bananas or strawberries (when they come back in season)
