Hi! My name is Milly and I’ve been reading your blog for a while now… I’m married to a Korean (I’m Cuban) and reading about your cultural experiences in Korea is great!

I’m writing to you because my husband and I are planning our first trip to Korea! I’ve never been there and his family and he left when he was 12 years. We will be there for three weeks and plan to travel all over. Would you mind sharing with me some of your recommendations regarding sights and places to eat?

Also, I was hoping to pick up a hanbok while in Korea. Are they readily available at stores or do you have to order them?

And finally, while in Korea I was hoping to pick up some children’s books & toys. We don’t have any kids yet, but when we do I’d like to be able to introduce them to the Korean language with some fun supplies! Is there anything like a Toys R Us in Korea?

Any advice or direction you could give us would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you very much in advance!
