Beach Party Weekend......

......Need I say more?!?!?!?!

What a fabulous way to spend the weekend!!!! On a beach partying :) Only thing I was missing was my lover (who had to stay back to work on the weekend....booohooo)!!!

We boarded the ferry early Sunday morning and headed to 덕적도. Myra, my old co-worker, organize the whole event, invited along 55 people, and made sure everyone had a splendid time. She organized activities, passed out prizes and even cooked a Western breakfast for everyone the next morning. What a great gal ;)

One event included bobbing your head under water and coming up for a shot of soju. Unfortunately our team didn't win

Here's Myra on the left with her good buddy Shar on the right

A little music on the beach
A cool view from our sleeping accomodations. It didn't even feel like we were in Korea since we were basically the only ones on the beach, aside from about 15 or so other Koreans

We made sand castles and searched for sea shells

And did tequilla shots in the sun

Myra (the beach party planner) is loving the lemons

And a beach weekend isn't complete without a fire, songs and roasted marshmellows, so we did just that!!!

Eggs and other goodies the next morning

My good friend Annie enjoying some time with her boyfriend, Hodge!!!

Beautiful beach babes enjoying the sun!!
We had such a great time.........
..........that we are gonna do it all over again next weekend!!!!

Sounds like a good time, and a good break from work. :) Is Sung Hyun going to get to come?

Hey Jenn,
Wow... glad to see that you had a great weekend! I must note that I TOTALLY love the fact that your necklace and earrings perfectly matched your clothes AND your bathing suit...AND stayed on for what looks like the whole time. That's kind of Korean-like if you ask me... hehehe.
Good too see that you're enjoying the weather. Are you looking forward to your MASSIVE summer holiday, now that you're a public school teacher?!!!

By the way, how's your classes going?
